We use Rundquist precision pitch blocks and balancers to insure all our repairs are made as close to O.E.M specifications as possible.

1.ALL REPAIRS INCLUDE:
 Balancing (Every Propeller Repaired Is Balanced)
 Inspection of blades, bore, hub for repairability
 Pitch and Rake correction
 Blade sizing to correct diameter
 Tig welding up to one third of any blade
 Cupping if required
 Hub and Diffuser Ring installation if necessary

2.FINISHING:
 Aluminum propellers- D/A finish, paint
 Stainless and Bronze propellers- satin finish
 Stainless and Bronze propellers – hi polish

3.LIMITS OF REPAIRS:
A. Pitch Change
 Aluminum and bronze ± 2 inches
 Stainless steel ± 1 inch
B. Welding
 No more than one third of the blade area

4.All propellers are stamped with the repair ticket number and a repair log is
kept regarding repairs performed.

Let us use one of our several metal finishes to complete your custom job. We can Prime and Paint your project. We can Powder coat your product. Or let us use one of our several different colored metal Patinas that will give your project that extra special look.



SKEG REPAIR

At Seurer Custom Welding & Prop Repair we assess the damage to your skeg and determine the type of repair needed for your skeg.  We will then weld repair the damaged skeg or replace the whole skeg.  All skeg repairs are then Primed, Painted, and Clear coated to give you that brand new appearance.

We offer same day service for your skeg repair. Just call to schedule an appointment and you can drop your boat off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.



CAVITATION PLATE REPAIR

At Seurer Custom Welding & Prop Repair we assess the damage to your Cavitation plate and determine the type of repair needed. We will then weld repair or replace the Cavitation plate. All Cavitation plates are then Primed, Painted, and Clear coated to give you that brand new appearance.

We offer same day service for your Cavitation plate repair. Just call to schedule an appointment and you can drop off your boat in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.



PORTABLE WELDING 

At Seurer Custom Welding & Prop Repair we offer portable welding for that project you can’t bring into the shop. No project too big or too small.
